Successful implementation strategies usually consist of an initial implementation project which targets a subset of the users, targets a subset of the Aprimo modules or a combination of both. Regardless, whatever is up and running after the initial implementation project will not only need to be supported and optimized but will most likely need to be expanded to include the additional users or new functionality.
